I would definitely not recommend Wayne Owens Plumbing to anyone in Middle Tennessee I used Wayne Owens for the installation of a new water heater and was treated very disrespectfully on the phone I gave specific instructions not to begin work until I approved the job, and was shocked when they had already started work without my authorization Additionally, I discovered later that Wayne Owens plumbing disconnected plumbing to other household equipment without being asked to do so and left it disconnected at the end of the job To make the issue even more difficult, when the job was completed I called them to make a payment over the phone and they refused saying they would just send a bill When I called again to ask where I could go to make a payment in person, they said they didn't have a physical location and did not accept credit payments They later claimed that they had difficulty getting payed after I contacted them two times to pay themDo not waste your time with this plumber

I have used this company many times but after today I will NEVER use them againThe wife answers the phones yells at me and hangs upShe shouldn't be allowed near a phone much less answer the phone for the company!
