As stated in the agreement *** *** agreed to and signed the inspection is not an exhaustive code inspection because no inspector can be familiar with every line of every code as there are hundreds of them, they can vary from one community to another and many of them change from year to year
Between HVAC, plumbing, roofing and electrical there are hundreds of lines of codeNo one can be familiar with them all hence the agreement that it is not a code inspectionOn the furnace page of *** ***'s report I state the following : "I am not a licensed HVAC technicianThis is a simple visual inspection of the furnace and a test of the operation."
