Installed sink faucets straight out of box and minor adjustment with toilet plumbing $bill I was blow away! 2.25hrs of work min from their shopI would NOT recommend, their pricing seems out of this world! After my additional research, I respectfully was overcharged! I couldn't image being an employee and handing disappointed customers From reading the other reviews, it seems common practice If you do business, MAKE CERTAIN you get a written estimate even if its just a minor repair!

I own a rental property and as a single women, I have no training in solving plumbing and heating problems. Since 1988, I have called Rhiner's plumbing on 5th Street in West Des Moines, many times in need. They try to arrive as soon as they can, and they correct the problems on the dot. They may be a bit pricey, but what plumbers aren't. They are professional in their work and personally. I don't know what I would do without their assistance.
