You may send all the documents to *** *** which were submitted to your office last month. *** *** *** and I exchanged over emails assisting *** *** finding a private placement for *** ***. It's harmful for her son not being in school. The parent amended the complaint without my knowledge and removed private placement from the complaint and affecting the pendency order. Goodafternoon I would like to state the following : Mr.R*** terminated hes services without a reasonable reason.Mr r*** and I talk about a letter I submitted to the department of education regarding specific evaluations I would like the department of education to do for my son *** *** (years old ) prior to submitting the letter I called mrr*** but as usual he never answer , or it would be a "phone tag game" the morning when I was to take the request letter I emailed it to himMr r*** says I amended the complaint but is not true once I explain to the case manager and district representative what the letter was for an upcoming iep that I requested the dismiss my letterPrior to this statement from mr r*** he kept saying he would drop my case and that I should retain lawyer two months before 3/*/Mr r*** got offended that I try to explain that it is very difficult to get a any suggestions or comments regarding my sons case, he proceeded to hung up the phone and texted " you owe me an apology" on 3/*/16. To my knowledge Mia j*** advocate at foundling was the only person who helped me find a placement we both looked and call school there are only available and those private day schools they have my information because of extensive calls and emailsMia j*** said to me "* *** ** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** " I myself express that in till this day im having trouble retaining lawyers because the impartial complaint is poorly written and unless I withdraw the complain that mr r*** filled on 11/**/no one will take my case.In the complaint mrR*** does not state the reason for the complaint or what do we want to resolve. In conclusion the agreement between Mr r*** and myself was not completed and refund is requested to retain a lawyer or advocate who can start process again.I have rejection letter from lawyers not willing to take my year old without school case The lawyers or advocates do not want to continue the case unless I withdraw every paper work submitted by mrrock

11/*/2015. Resolution at the District was conducted on 11/*/2015. The parent amended the complaint on 2/**/2016 without my knowledge or consent and compromised the entire process including settlement. Spent over 5 months assisting the parent.After the parent amended the complaint on 2/**/2016 and wouldn’t place her son in a public or private school I terminated my services assisting the parent on 3/*/2016. I went beyond my job description to assist the parent. I have documents and emails to validate the signed invoice. I completed all of my tasks on the invoice in a professional manner as an advocate assisting the parent.Wayne R[redacted]
