I signed up excited about this program. I couldn't wait to make my own schedule and work in my own home. I took the 30 day class. I was told I had to have a phone line and a hard wired internet connection. I invested about $249.00 for the training, $100.00 for my CSP 101 class, $12.99 for my background, $350.00 for my business license, $100 on office phone $100 on a headset and my contract for the phone line and internet line.
I did EVERYTHING they asked. On my last day, I get an email that said
"Congratulations [redacted]!
It is my pleasure to inform you that you have successfully certified for the Agero Roadside Assistance Program."
I was "certified"
I had been servicing for 2 weeks with 100% positive ratings from customers. Then I get an email that indicates I had not been offered a new contract and I will no longer be able to service for this company.
Don't believe the hype people. I have been in the call center business for over 12 years, yet Arise has by far the most unethical and dishonest business practices I have ever seen. By the time you realize what they are all about, you will have already invested precious time and money, and by then it's too late to turn back. Not to mention lack of support,insufficient training, inaccurate metrics, Arise portal that does not link to the client, so just this alone gives no guarantee that the "back-office" metrics provided are based on reality. They will drop you like a hot potato when you start questioning how things work compared to REAL call centers - yup that's what they did, right in the middle of my shift, wiped me right off the grid and my IBO was not even aware. Don't waste your time or energy, it's not worth it, even for the trade off of working at home. I would suggest finding work at home jobs directly from the company that is hiring, not an intermediary like Arise. They use people's precious time and money to line their pockets. BTW my IBO was fantastic, she was very supportive and had nothing to do with the way Arise conducts business.
I have been with IBO Meha for 2 years now and I have to say by far she is the best at what she does. Meha is reliable, compassionate, understanding and most of all patient with her CSP's. She is always there to pick up your calls and if oyu need her to speak with other to get issues resolved, she is the first to do it.She goes above ad beyond the call of duty and she always has.. she is not only my friend but my IBO as well..... if you go with [redacted] , you will always feel secure and know that you are getting the best of the best. I could never leave her...s he has made my experience working from home absolutely amazing.

IBO Meha is always going to be your friend first and then your business partner next. I love the fact that she puts friendship before anything else. It makes me feel cared for and very comfortable with her. She takes on the world and is ready to help at any given time. I find that when you need Meha it is a simple, phone her, email her, PM her and she is always there to get thru to... so you are not waiting days and days to get an answers. That can be very frustrating...... and I am happy to say partnering with Meha ... those things do not happen when you are with Meha. Thanks Meha for always being there for all of us... I will always hold you in very high regard.

When IBO Meha came to me and asked if I could write a recommendation for her... I asked how much room do oyu have... because there is not enough that I can say about how incredible she is. I have been with Meha just over 1 year.. and I remember when I first heard of Arise, Meha, work form home... it was all so overwhelming.... and I remember Meha telling me... she is right there beside me every step of the way. I must have called her 20 times a day at the beginning and she would always answer with a smile.... she was always so patient with me.. she was with me thru the enrollment process, the training process and now still with me during serving the phone and chatting with customers.
