If you are in need of someone trustworthy to help you with debt settlement then please please contact Wayne the Credit Guy. I researched for over a year and kept being drawn back to his website, I finally contacted him and was so glad I did, he is very communicative, he answers texts and calls even if you have to leave a voicemail he gets back with you quickly. He keeps you in the loop while working with you and he is very reasonably priced compared to all the others. Also he is trustworthy he is absolutely NOT like all the ones you hear on the radio or tv. Do not trust them. Wayne has helped me so much and took alot of stress off of me, he handled everything for me. I just can't say enough positive things about him or about my experience with him. Wayne will not shaft you or lie to you or take advantage of you or try to scam you like these other debt settlement companies. He will be completely upfront and honest with you.

Wayne is AMAZING. No other word. If you can be tedious, compliant and follow his every direction- he is darn near a miracle worker. If you aren't serious about following through- don't waste your time or his. He is a straight shooter and knows what he is talking about!

My wife *** and I are requesting a full refund for services not actually rendered. Not as described.
My wife *** and I are requesting a full refund for services that were never performed. Approximately 6 months ago, the two of us entered a "Credit Repair" program with Mr. ***, AKA "*** The Credit Guy". We were presented with a several page contract and explained that services provided would include having information that does not belong to myself(***) removed from my credit report along with any fraudulent accounts, and other information. Similar was to be done for my wife ***. Mr. *** had given us false hopes that we would see a difference through his "counseling services". He informed us that most clients see 50+ point increases in their credit scores. Mr. *** claims through his business to have viewed more than 16,000 reports in his credit repairing career. However, he has failed to show expertise and knowledge of someone who has seen that many reports and learned from experience. I, *** Jr have single handedly, on my own time, contacted each and every credit bureau in the past 60 days and been working(and successfully) fixing my own credit. Mr. *** informed me via telephone in April of 2017 that the way to remove the accounts which were not mine from my record, was something he would have to do. He informed me that my prior attempts at only writing letters to each company, stating that specific accounts were not mine was "not the right way to go". With this said, Mr. *** appears to have only wanted to collect a paycheck as in 6 months, he has failed to have the accounts belonging to my father and not I, removed! Upon contacting the companies on my own, I was informed that a simple way of removing these from my record was to send in proof of identity, along with a written and notarized statement, an ftc fraud affidavit, as well as a police report for each fraudulent account. I have done just that and already had 2 of 4 erased. I am currently waiting on the remaining to have the same done. My wife and I were told upon signing the contracts that all we needed to do was this... pay the fees and follow all instructions within given timeframe. 10 days after signing the contracts, my wife and I were each given instructions which included each opening credit union accounts and costing us over $1,000. We did not know in advance that instructions would include spending additional fees than what was already paid for the credit repair program itself. I have also been provided with conflicting tips and stories from Mr. ***, of which I have been taking great notes of. For example, in May of 2017(while residing in Florida and communicating with Mr. via telephone), he informed me that we should have two "opensky" secured cards. That, this company along with some others he has had personal dealing with. His instructions were to each open an account with the other as a co-signer on each others. His instructions even went as far as to telling us how to use each card and what to spend. Unfortunately, after contacting "opensky" customer support, we found out the hard way that they Do Not do co-signers and that they never have! This was not the only example of conflicting and changing stories. My wife and I have also had dealing with one "Ashley *** also of New Start Financial. She has been completely unhelpful or absent from the very early stages. Since approximately December 1st, all text messages and emails to Mr. *** have gone unanswered. My wife and I have requested duplicate copies of our contracts from Mr. to provide other parties with, and we have been ignored, thus denied those requests. The company also fails to provide us with any information as to letters sent, work performed, etc claiming it is private matter. Not a private matter when it is MY Account, MY Social Security information and a 3rd party contacting companies claiming they are a relative. We have a right.

Thanks to Wayne I was able to get my credit fixed. First rate company and an easy process. I would recommend Wayne and his company to anyone wanting to repair their credit. Fabulous Job!
