Just experienced the worst phone harassment and threatened me to take my assets if I don't pay right away. Of course, this is without previous communication or correspondence what so ever from them. Any other bank will ask you how things are doing, or if there's anything unexpected that caused the delay. No. Entegra apparently does not do that.
