I signed on my home on April 12, Being my first home purchase I didn’t really know what to look for after all the house was brand newIn August I started to notice my bathtub took time to drain and my toilet was flushing slowlyI Used drain-o and a long wire to see if I could fix the problem but I couldn’tI Called Wolverton to inform them on what was going on they told me to call [redacted] Chunks of black sewage were coming up in the tub and toiletI call [redacted] they tell me they found something hard stuck in the pipes that required pressure to be taken outThey told us something was left in the pipes when the house was being built so he would bill wolvertonWolverton didn’t not take fault for anythingWater was some how going to my closet Destroying the walls, carpet and a lot of my personal belongings with yellow brown stains and and really bad spoiled odor The water end up going through the closet into the laundry roomThe Tub and toil

We purchased a newly constructed home from Wolverton Homes last September We have numerous items that need addressedSome items have been addressedHowever, we have several items that remain outstandingWe have been in contact with a Wolverton representative Heather L***We have tried for several months to get our items resolved so we can start other projects on our home that might interfere with the Wolverton warranty workAfter numerous phone calls with Heather, we are now at wits end and would like to seek third party assistance to help us resolve our home warranty issues with Wolverton I have pasted our last written request to Wolverton staff (sales and marketing and a Boise staff member) and have not heard back since our last email request

I purchased my home on 9/27/and the builder has provided a one year warrantyOn 11/I noticed sand in my water, I contacted the subcontractor for wolverton inquiring about this issue The subcontractor stated that it happens occasionally and to call him if it gets worse on Tuesday 11/my water pressure had decreased significantly and it was taking a very long time for my toilet tanks to fill Upon investigation it was discovered that sand was located at the bottom of my toilet tank I again called the wolverton subcontractor and he stated that he would come out the next day On Wednesday 11/ after removing the head of my well the subcontractor smelled sewage and visualized mud in the well At that time I decided for my own health to stop water to my house until we could visualize the problem in the well Before being able to discover the problem wolverton immediately disclaimed responsibility for the well The drill company then came on Saturday 11/and sent a cam
