I TRIED TO CANCEL THIS TERMITE INSURANCE POLICY & TERMITE INSPECTIONS IN & BUT I RECEIVED A DOUBLE BILL THIS YEAR IN ERROR

Wayne's did an excellent job repairing termite damage in my home They were sent by *** and otherwise I wouldn't have called them After experiencing their service and quality of work I have now called them for an estimate on other work I need done They were timely, professional and left nothing behind except the repair Gus was courteous and meticulous I recommend you try them!

I have tried other lawn care service providers in the past and have never been fully satisfied I always felt like a number in a huge corporate system However, then I heard about Wayne's They came out the day after I called them and applied the first treatment to my yard within a week I could not be more happier It is greener than it has ever been and is growing at a rapid pace I would recommend them to anyone

I had to look on line to even find out what Sentricon is! Apparently it is a termite treatmentI am in a newly built home and did not order any services from this company

We never signed a new contract agreement when our builders contract endedThey decided to show up and bill us for another year without consent
My complaint is that when we purchased our home in Aug of we apparently signed an agreement to allow Wayne's service to be used for termite control for the remainder of the yearWE NEVER SIGNED a new agreement, yet they showed up at our home without knocking (we saw them) and left a $bill on our door and turned around and leftThey are saying they didn't have a contact number for us which they miraculously had when they called wanting money and they also had our email and the pest control guy could have knocked on the doorWe don't want their services and did not agree to another year

I hired Wayne's to treat my yard beginning in July Within months, I have seen drastic changes to both my front and back yard months into it, my lawn is very lush and dark green! A big change from what it was before I had used Scott's for the past years, and am so glad I left I was way overpaying, not getting these kinds of results, and the service was certainly subpar to what I get with Wayne's My sales rep, Frank, has been extremely easy to work with, who is very knowledgable and responsive His recommendations/advice and service have certainly exceeding my expectations! I would highly recommend Wayne's to anyone and everyone!

Purchased a home in *** Alabama in August Waynes Environmental Services hold the Termite Bond to my home They notified me email and telephone they need to serviceMade appt and never showedThey will not return phone calls or emails to get the service performed

Weeds killed my grass because backyard was skipped for months!
During the spring and summer of 2017, we noticed that weeds started replacing grass at the back of our yardThe entire hill was essentially weeds and no grass was leftI checked to see if I could see granules or something in the back yard when they came and there was noneI called and the manager said they had an employee who had been fired because he wasn't properly completing jobs (aka not doing the backyard)They came out and treated the weeds twice in month so it did kill the weedsHowever, grass will not grow now in some spots because of the severe growth of the weedsWhen I again spoke to the manager, there was really no resolution other than continuing to treat the lawnThen we again started having weed growth on the hillI called again and was informed that he wasn't spraying it because there was not grass there and only dirtSo they killed the grass and now won't treat the areas that they killed! Waynes Environmental Services claims via a bill that they performed services on my property on 4/11/This is not a valid claim because I did not authorize service by this company
