IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT FROM THIS CUSTOMERWHEN THE CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR REPAIRS WE FOUND THAT THE BRAKE CALIPERS NEEDED REPLACEDWHILE THE CAR WAS ON THE HOIST WE SHOWED THE CUSTOMER WHAT PARTS NEEDED REPLACED, AND THE CUSTOMER AGREED TO REPAIRSTHIS BRAKE SYSTEM WAS A FOUR-WHEEL DISC SYSTEM, WHICH IS THE FIRST GENERATION OF THE FOUR-WHEEL DISCWE FOUND THAT THE EMERGENCY BRAKES DID NOT WORK WELL EVEN WHEN NEWALL THE CABLES WERE STUCK, SO WE HAD TO CUT THEM OFF, IN ORDER TO REMOVE OLD CALIPER AND PUT NEW IN WE WERE UNABLE TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE ON BRAKE REPAIR DUE TO AN OLDER CAR, WHICH HAD BEEN SITTING FOR SO LONG NOT SURE UNTIL ACTUALLY REPLACING CALIPERS HOW RUSTED THE PARTS WEREWE DID NOT WANT TO QUOTE A PRICE BEFORE SEEING HOW MUCH TIME WAS INVOLVEDTHE BRAKE CALIPERS HAD A CORE ON THEM WE HAD TO RETURN THEM OR WE WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE CUSTOMER AN EXTRA FOR EACH BRAKE CALIPERTHE BRAKE CALIPERS ABSOLUTELY HAD TO BE REPLACED ALONG WITH THE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDERWE WERE TRYING TO MAKE THE CAR SAFE FOR THE CUSTOMERWHILE THE CAR WAS BEING REPAIRED WE GAVE A LOANER CAR TO THE CUSTOMER TO DRIVE FREE OF CHARGE AND THE CUSTOMER ONLY HAD TO REPLACE GAS USED IN THE LOANER CARTHE CUSTOMER HAD THE LOANER CAR FOR SEVERAL DAYSIT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THIS CUSTOMER FEELS THAT HE WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OFEVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN CAR WAS PICKED UPWE ARE UNAWARE WHETHER OR NOT THE CUSTOMER DISCUSSED THIS INFORMATION WITH HIS MOTHER PRIOR TO PICKING UP THE CAR

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As far as the battery not operating I'm still using it todayIt's hear say on their part that I went to different shops to have my van fixedAnd as far them not charging me for their alleged labor I was charged $and some cents and I have a receipt to verify Yes it is true they did install some parts but those parts were not neededAnd they did not apply any technical or mechanical expertise after installing those partsThey merely installed those parts as a charade to get the vehicle off of their premise as fast as possibleAnd the facts of this statement will bear me out which came in to play within minutes of me paying them $and some cents momentarily after the bill I walked out the door of their shop after several attempts my van would not startBecause like I said there was no technical diagnostic investigation done on the engine before or after the unnecessary parts were installedHad the prior diagnostic been performed on the engine, the engine would have started immediately upon me paying the bill and leaving the premiseAnd I would not have had it towed back very next day after spending $and some cents cashRegards , [redacted]

Well there is nothing like the safety of prestigeFact one my van did not start within five minutes of paying the bill and there a witness employed there that can verify thisUnless they're in jeopardy of employment reprisalFact two I was never allowed to implement the alleged reciprocal warranty because the person in charge told me verbal live on the phone not to bring the vehicle back to the establishment and that they would not work on it anymoreReguardless of the fact that it was only the next day that I had it towed back to the shop a second when it would not startHad it started and ran properly the first day after I paid for it I would not have brought it back the next dayFact three in regards to the hear say of who may have worked on my van previously and what parts may have been used is a matter of pure conjecture and did not play a pvitol or integral role in how Wayne's Garage decided to or not to repair my vehicle? Fact four I only went to Wayne's Garage in the first place on the suggestion of the [redacted] tow truck driver but when I made that decision based on what he told me, there was no way I could have anticipated that I would be taken advantage of and stone-walled for telling the truth and being sent a worthless over the top twenty dollar credit coupon as if I would ever go there againI'm not a glutton for punishmentAs far as Wanye's Garage taking legal action on me about "slandering their name" I am not I am only stating facts about the mistreatment and the non technical work they have done to my vehicle And besides they didn't take a lost I did by losing $and some cents for their unexplainable non technical repairsRegards, [redacted]
