To Whom It May Concern: Moore Complaint I really don’t know how to answer this complaint, but I will try my best, as it very confusing and jumbled I really can’t understand what her mother is talking about.*** *** came here as a perfectly customerShe has a valid Padriver’s
license, credit cards in her name, bank account, and owns her own Fitness Class business, so I cannot comprehend the mentally disabled twist to this bogus claimThere were not signs of what her mother is saying and she was treated with respect and professionalism as are all our customersAs far as the Denali is concerned I did not want the car on trade it has a bad engine and other issues, I could for see only problems in the futureThat being said, Liberty Auto Sales was not involved in what ever third party transaction took place and has no knowledge of the details nor did it benefit in any way by what ever did take place.The real issue seems to be the car and what was or was not done to itLiberty Auto did $in corrective repairs to get a valid Painspection on the vehicle at *** Automotive who did all the required workI have no idea why she is claiming the work wasn’t done when it wasI have been doing business with *** for years and have never had a problem with this type of absurd claim especially that of collusion on his or our part.She claimed the car was overheating after the sale so we paid to have it fixed until she got the moneyThe car was sold “AS IS “to her but as it is financed here and by her finance contract we can pay for repairs to make the car operable when the owner doesn’t have the money and adjust the contract to reflect such changesWe made this repair at without question.As of this writing she has been driving this car every day and has never been back here to complain about anything that is in her mother’s statementIt is hard for me to believe anyone could drive a car every day if it was as she stated and would not complain to the selling dealerIn fact her father was here to make a payment and said the car was fine three days prior to this complaint being filed.All documents supporting our statement as to the repairs are enclosed.Liberty Auto is denying all parts of this claim as having any validity.*** ***, Owner
