All our vehicles come with a day mile motor, rear, and transmission 50/warranty, for which he signed for agreeing toAfter one day he called a nd said battery seemed bad had to jump start carI said no problem come by after work and we will put in new battery, even though its not covered under warrantyIt happens sometimes when cars sitThe following week he called said car was running rough and ck lite came onTold him to stop by after work and we would check it outScanned computer found it had bad coil on cylinder #2, replaced coil again not covered under warranty but no chargeThis is a used car things will go bad on themHis first payment under terms of his loan agreement was 5-12-He said he did not have money to make payment but would pay it on 5-19-Now on 5-15-he called and said he was having an issue with the clutchAsked him could he drive it here , he said yes will come after work, and he didWe found it had a broken pressure plate in clutch assembly, so he has to leave itWe put all other scheduled work aside and worked on his car all day 5-16-We replaced the clutch assembly, which is a big jobHe came and picked it up at pm on the 16thBecause he only had it days I covered the entire cost under his warrantyReminded him his payment was due 5-He didn't pay it and now was considered a first payment defaultAfter numerous phone calls with no response, we had no choice but to repo vehicle

We repaired all of the problems he had with the vehicleHe did not make one payment on the car loanMechanical problems do not excuse you from your loan agreement, they are two separate thingsWe are willing to reinstate loan and return vehicle, as long as all past due loan payments and vehicle tax and tags are paid up to date, and he agrees not to miss any future payments

I am rejecting this response because: I want a resolution for the fact that I was in constant contact with Wayne through out the days and the multiple fixes he had performed on a preexisting problem with the car and even after he repaired the pressure plate and clutch and never drained old clutch fluid which was green and had broken material from the clutch plate inside causing a rattling in which he pointed that out and seemed to think it was no big deal I stated to him I cant see making payments for a car that isn't gonna make the contract and him knowing about the exciting problems that was causing more problems and he didn't want to fix or fix right and then in one case he said he would give a yr warranty and then in the same breath said my warranty is now up days later and as I stated before he now has my 1500$ deposit and the vehicle with no kind of settlement or agreement between us about the mechanical issues of the car and he just lied in his statement also about calling me and not being able to contact me cause I called him and went to the shop several times within the payment due datehe even tried on an unauthorized day to withdrawal money from my account and then told me he thought that's what id want him to doI tried to get a payment wait time for the condition to be remedy to which then he repos the vehicle I don't think with all the contact I had with him the times I've been to the shop for the fixes and the car still having trouble should I have to now be with out my deposit or vehicle in working conditionin his words he is suppose to be a good honest as they come sales man and would do all he could if a problem arise but sure enough when they did he got aggravated when having to even do the things he proudly states now that he didid like to resolve this matter before it ends in court

His first payment under terms of his loan agreement was 5-12-17. He said he did not have money to make payment but would pay it on 5-19-17. Now on 5-15-17 he called and said he was having an issue with the clutch. Asked him could he drive it here , he said yes will come after work, and he did. Because he only had it 18 days I covered the entire cost under his warranty. Reminded him his payment was due 5-19. He didn't pay it and now was considered a first payment default. After numerous phone calls with no response, we had no choice but to repo vehicle.

We repaired all of the problems he had with the vehicle. He did not make one payment on the car loan. Mechanical problems do not excuse you from your loan agreement, they are two separate things. We are willing to reinstate loan and return vehicle, as long as all past due loan payments and vehicle tax and tags are paid up to date, and he agrees not to miss any future payments.
