I have taken my truck to this business 3 times now
1st time I took it there they were to install 4 brand new tires onto the rims and onto the truck
Not even 2 hours after bringing my truck from their shop the tire blew apart we believe it was a bead issue.
We had to pay *** for a tow from marmora to their shop on a tilt and load as the truck is over size
They should have offered to pay for this but didn't
We also had to buy another brand new tire as it was not beaded and sealed properly
So we figured that maybe it was just a mistake and continued to bring our truck back there for the repair
After leaving the shop we drove to Belleville everything seemed fine
Next thing I know a transmission hose blows off and we had to take yet another *** truck back to their shop located in tweed
Payed yet another *** bill for a tilt and load truck to come bring the truck back there
So we went and picked the truck up after we payed for the repairs and new transmission lines
Other parts they said the truck needed
We brought the truck home and now the truck has broken again
I refuse to take the truck back there these people can't keep getting away with this
The trucks sitting in my front yard it has a Allison transmission in it it's indestructible according to performance truck sales in Belleville. They don't understand what's happened they specialize in these trucks the truck has not been brought anywhere yet. It's currently at home and I've poured so much money into it because of Wayne's auto world. I really think I they should be investigated as I've heard from others in the area that the same things are happening to their vehicles and I will strongly recommend that they contact you as well.

After a very in depth search of our records we are unable to find the individual named in this complaint.
However I feel I know the vehicle she is speaking of.
We did install 4 tires that were supplied from another source and when we heard from them next the tire was leaking. Once they realized the tire was leaking they should have stopped driving instead they drove until the rim cut the tire in 2 pieces making it unrepairable.
In response to the transmission lines leaking, installing tires has nothing to do with transmission lines leaking however we did repair them as the gentlemen who dropped the truck off requested. The truck was left sitting in my yard for over 2 weeks waiting to hear from him.
We have never had a complaint prior to this incident and have been in business for over 13 years.
