This is in response to complaint #[redacted] filed on 6/16/2015. The customer’s vehicle was a referral from a friend. The vehicle was brought to the shop by the father, [redacted]. He stated that the car had timing chain noise and the motor was loud. The car could not be test driven until this was repaired....
He also stated that he car had been sitting unused for several months. All the work that was done was approved by the father because he wanted the car to be safe for the road. At no time did [redacted] or her mother contact me. I only dealt with [redacted] who agreed to all the work that was done. There was never any mention of a transmission issue while the car was in my possession for timing chain noise. If further information is required please contact me at [redacted]
