needed on it.  Unfortunately, the work that was performed didn't fix every issue.  Where we were at fault in my opinion is not being as attentive to his concern regarding the work completed.  After reviewing everything and speaking with my staff, we could've and should've handled the situation a little differently. Ultimately, we replaced his engine and returned his vehicle in working order.  I was finally able to speak with him this morning and he is very pleased with the way we handled his complaint.  We were able to do the right thing and all parties are pleased with the outcome.    Please feel free to contact me if you need further assistance.
