We have had Waynes for our lawn and pest service for over a year now and we are so pleased! We have had no concerns and the staff have been great

Within the last months Waynes has not fulfilled their obligations stated on the contract Primary examples: -When we signed the contract we specified we were only available for service on FridaysYet, we started getting calls from the service techs on Wed/Thur telling us they were on their wayThen the lawn care tech tells us, we don't service lawns on Fri -Started seeing ants in our bathroom, call and scheduled a folltreatmentTook 1/day of vacation to meet the tech on a WedHe calls min before he supposed to arrive to let me know he is double-booked, but will arrive at 4PMThat time comes and he is still not there, he calls and tell us he will be out Fri or Sat to treatWe explain we work on Fri and Sat would be only day we meet w/o taking vacationHe agrees to coordinate that SatAnd never shows upI call back to the office on Tue, speak w/ different people and one person asks me "Well, how many ants are we talking about here?" I explain I didn't take a

The ELECTRONIC PAYMENT PROCESSING (bank to bank transfers) NOT involving the generation of a check, is delayed until after the next billing cycle resulting in double billing (October) An Electronic payment transfer occurred on the 12thThe next billing statement was generated the 18thThe Electronic payment was not posted to my account until the 19th, resulting in double billing for services already paid for This was not an electronically generated check transaction Whether generated from the payment service account or from my account- a check transaction results in a check number being provided in the account detail at the bank No check was generated, it was a direct electronic payment- bank to bankElectronic billing (e.gBill Pay) and automatic payment systems will double pay for the same service providing a 'float' for the company since they do not refund overpayments, but post them as an excess against

I canceled my service on 3/28/and am told that I must still pay the quarterly bill that covers March-May
On 3/28/on my 3rd attempt, I finally contacted someone and requested cancellation of my terminate serviceOn 4/26/I received a bill for $I contacted the office and was told that even though the bill is quarterly and covers the months of March thru May, I owe the full amountThe only reason given is because I was under contractMy acct number is XXX-XXXXXXX which was established by the builder Woodland homes in I asked why this bill is not prorated but received the same answer; this is how the contract is structuredThese contracts have a mandatory year agreement so I am not in agreement with paying for a full quarter of service for less than month or the quarter
