ID [redacted]. I sincerely apologize that Ms. [redacted] felt she had a negative experience. I did thoroughly read the complaint. Ms. [redacted] stated that she felt that the center pipe was "either over looked when he was working on my car the first time, or it was caused because of his work". I reviewed our paperwork, which l have attached, stating the head pipe with flex, catalytic converter, center pipe with resonator, and axle pipe and muffler all need to be replaced. It is our policy to inform all customers of work needing completed and to sign they were informed. Ms. [redacted] choose only to have the catalytic converter, axle pipe, and muffler work completed and she did sign off for only those items to be replaced. When Ms. [redacted] returned with the car the center pipe was still an item needing repaired. We offered Ms. [redacted] two options a repair at our original quoted price of $250.00 or a short term fix of patch work at $50.00. Ms. [redacted] choice the patch work. We do not feel we swindled her out of any money and very sorry she feels this way. We try our hardest to work with our customers. Sincerely, Cindy W** Mr. Muffler Enclosure
