I paid Ways Custom Woodworking to create a veterans placard for me over 9 months ago (October 2019) I was constantly told of some excuse why it wasn’t done and that he would do it right for me. Then I finally got annoyed with it and asked for a refund a month ago (July 1st). The owner told me that he’d give me a refund. A month went by and yet I received no refund, so I asked again and the response was everything but professional.
The Business has no physical address posted online. The main form of contact for the business is through Facebook. The Facebook page is called “Ways Custom Woodworking”. The other forms of contact consist of email and telephone.
