She did it thru WISE BUY AUTO SALES whose owner was [redacted] ; his dealership was located at this location. This person went out of business a year ago and he don’t let us any information about any of the cars or titles of the cars he sale. Better Bussiness Bureau*** ***ADR ManagerEuclid Ave4th Fl.Cleveland Oh 44115-June 2, 2017 Dear *** *** On march Mr*** *** came to Ways to Sale Auto Sale & Repair to buy a set of wheels and tire sell it by one of our employee thru the internet not the dealer But the transaction was due it on our present and the payment was due to our EBT system by our employee petition*** *** looks and inspects the wheels and tires and asks one of our mechanics to help him make sure the tire fix his carOur mechanic MrS*** put the tire on the back wheels of the passenger side to see if fix on his vehicle*** *** was satisfied with the wheels and asks our employee if he know a place that can change the wheels for him and our employee offer him a phone number for a tire placeAfter that *** *** came inside and makes the payment on our EBT machine system for the amount of $400.00, making a comment that he was expecting a discount because he came from far awayI let him know that we don’t have anything to do with that transaction just help our employee to get the paymentNext day like you will see on the attachment I bring you *** *** cancels the transaction in his credit card. On March he went to your office making a claim about the wheels and tire pursuer by himGiving you information about the way the transaction was made by him Until this day our employee never receives the payment for the set of wheels and tires or receives the merchandise back from *** *** If any other question about this matter don’t hesitate to contact us at 216-202-1163.
