I rented a van to take my family to Georgia for a vacation First off, I asked if our van would be a newer model because I have my grandkids traveling with me I was assured it would be a 2013-vehicle Upon pickup, I found that I was given a model van Strike oneIn our agreement, it states that if I ever go miles away from the approved travel area to call first Well, on the last day of our vacation, I woke up to find they had run my card for $saying I broke the terms of the agreement and traveled to North Carolina When I explained to them that I was on the Georgia/North Carolina border where our cabin was, and I crossed over to get gas because it was cents cheaper, and that I was not informed in writing or over the phone about any penalty charges, they basically said "too bad it's in our policy" I was never shown their company policy nor did I sign off on reading or agreeing to them I've since had to close my bank account Do not give them your CC!
