On Monday July 10th, I received an email from Wayfair indicating that my package had been delivered. It had Not! It had been dropped in the middle of the road at the other end of town on Bible Hill, during a downpour,. Fortunately the owner of the closest house saw it and called us. When the FedEx driver shown up at our house and couldn’t find the package in his truck, we told him where it was and that we were going to pick it up. He insisted that we not do that and that he would take care of it. Not having the package after 24hrs we went to pick it up and never saw the driver again. That is not good service!
Wayside is a 5 star rating from the store to the sales people to the delivery guys! Purchased my couch and loveseat Memorial Day weekend, salesman was great - cashier was great - furniture was delivered in a timely manner! Tracking of delivery made it easy to know when to expect delivery as well as the phone call the driver made 30 minutes prior to I could prepare. Delivery guys were great, great sense of humors, very informative, extremely polite and did a great job! I will always shop at Wayside Furniture and go no where else!
