The company Waytools have been promoting its product Textblade as a finished nearly ready to ship productHowever, the product is far from finished as constant shipping delays due to many excuses made by the companyThe lack of honest communications is adding to consumers frustration as they await the product they have already paid forWaytools have even canceled the orders of many customers who have been criticizing the company's lack of honesty and transparency

Since ordering from WayTools early this year I have found their communication to be adequate and in keeping with what could be expected of a business of this nature and at this point in their product development
I am glad that WayTools have kept me up to date and I look forward to having their final product in my hand

I was a customer of this company in January of 2015 when this company advertised effusively about their new portable, bluetooth, pocket sized keyboard. They stated that they were beginning production and would have the keyboards out to customers in a few months.
They require upfront purchase (pay before receipt), and immediately cash all payments. I purchased one of their devices at full price.
In November, I had yet to receive the device I paid for and expected in March. During this time, they did not communicate with any of their customers, but chose to post rarely on their website with "status" blogs, and on the forum.
They represented themselves as "just about to ship" for several months, and the customers already waiting for their product had their automated online order tracking status updated infrequently. Each time there has been a stated ship date range, it would be extended just before the date to a later date.
Finally, in November I got tired of waiting for the "magic moment" when they would actually ship, and cancelled my order. Thankfully, I received a full refund.
This company, WayTools, claims to be owned or run, or directed by the owner of NextEngine 3-D scanning equipment. There has not been a confirmation of this by the NextEngine representatives.
I would stay very far away from giving this company any money at this stage of the game.
