Be sure to read the shipping policy, refund policy, and product description. Like all on-line companies, this is not Amazon.com. But the experience was seemless and positive for me. I ordered a personalized LED sign for indoor use and it was as described. I received it 15 days after order date, which seemed quick since they have to make it then ship it from overseas, go thru customs, etc. They also responded to my email question same day. No issues here.

My son, whose name is given in the report, ordered me a neon sign in May 2020, he got an initial email saying order had been processed, an order number as well as a tracking number. The tracking number is an invalid number with all shipping companies, he has been charged and has not had any follow up information given nor have we received the order. Both he an I have sent a few emails inquiring about the order and have gotten no response to any of them, we were giving extra time to process order given the panademic but its been over two months and no word. When looking at their site it says it could take up to 40 days to process an order, it's been well over that now too! We just want either our item or a refund if they can't produce the item due to a staff shortage.

Good Morning,I am writing to let you know that Way Up Gifts has resolved the claim by finally sending the product out to me, be that as it may, I do think consumers should be cautious when ordering from them. Their customer service is non-existent as well as they don't share any follow up information once order is placed and the product we received was not the quality we expected.

My order was placed on May 11th and I received confirmation that it had shipped from China on May 24th and then nothing. I've checked the tracking number and it still says "In Transit." I've tried repeatedly to get an update on my order but both email addresses for this company fail because they aren't valid. [email protected] and [email protected]. I've also tried to reach out on Facebook and Instagram, the comments section on Instagram has been restricted. I completely understand the delays due to Covid but there should be some way to communicate with the company. I'd still love to receive this order but the lack of communication makes me believe this is a scam.

I ordered a few items from Wayupgifts and they clearly stated the order would be here by 2 weeks. I waited, contacted them they told me 20 to 30 days. I waited, now I’ve tried to contact them and they will not respond to me emails. I believe they’ve scammed me and kept my money. Clearly this is some type of theft.

I ordered a neon sign form the company who advertise that they will deliver the product in 25 days. I never received the item or an update to the status. The only responded to 1 of my several emails looking for remedy to the problem. They received payment and issued a tracking number that has nothing to do with the order.

Hi ***, this company is dishonest an they charge a fee for tracking down orders. My order was made May 15, 2020 and has been longer then 15 days from ordering which let's you know the depth of their dishonesty. No phone number is given to speak to a live person an they have stopped responding to the weird email address. I just want a full refund. Thank You

I placed an order for a dual colored neon sign that did take awhile to be delivered, but the sign is amazing, well worth the wait. You just have to be patient and check out their website, all the information about shipping is available, now that I know this.

We received 2 gifts from Way Up Gifts for grandkids...both were adorable and exactly what we wanted...there was a delay with delivery however the company did respond and we understood with covid virus the reason. Will use Way Up Gifts again.

It's been over 2 months that I paid 10.00 to ship in 2 weeks a item that was $41.00. This business is a scam! They are from China. The way to contact them is only through email. And the answers take up to 1 week and the responses are not settling. No help. And the tracking number...fake. please take my advice. Check the reviews and don't order from this company. Bad news. They offered me a refund...but honestly I don't expect to get it. They scammed me out $52.00. don't let them scam you.

I found an item online that I wanted for my new home. Skeptical, I though the price was fair and I have had moderate success ordering from the "suspect websites". I placed the order on or about April 15th. I got a tracking number and it said it was preparing to leave China. It has been that way for almost 4 weeks. No help from wayupgifts.com after 3 times reaching out to them. I honestly want my money back. It shouldn't take this long to get items transported, even with a pandemic. I will definitely not be doing business with this company full of scam artist. BE WARNED. They will take your money and RIP YOU OF!

Place order with this company for a large stuff rabbit to be delivered to my little niece in North Carolina for Easter or shortly after so far she did not get this gift now I can't get a response from this company but they made sure they got my $80.00 .I also got one response from them and was told by 24 of April. Now it's May 5 and still no rabbit for that little one wouldn't be so bad but that little one is going through a lot of rough time . She doesn't need a liar like this company made of me my order *** tracking number which I can't down load unless I use Google not to smart to get it done but here is that *** would like my money back or that damn rabbit and believe me I won't order from there again please help

My order *** was purchased March 23, 2020 and payment was completed on credit card. I was given a tracking number (***) via email and when I attempted to track this order, my only option was to use the ARRIVE app. I was hesitant to use this app because it needed access to my email, but I tried it. The only responses I received from ARRIVE were for packages that came through as notifications already received in my email. Basically, if was just resending my email back to me. So, I went directly to WayUpGifts Tracking site and put in my information and discovered the following notice on April 14, 2020: "Origin post is preparing shipment. We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." I attempted to send an email through the "Contact Us" link on their website and did not transmit successfully. All I want to know is if and when I am receiving this order and if not, I will be pursuing a refund for my order.

I ordered a light-up sign as a gift from Way Up Gifts on March 31, 2019. Today is April 27, 2019 and I have tried to contact the seller multiple times about my shipment and have not received responses to my last 2 emails and have no idea where my shipment is. In my opinion they have stolen $50 from me and I have not received the product.

On April 4 - I received an automated email that stated that my shipment was on the way. It included a tracking number corresponding to the Hong Kong postal service which did not even work or tell me anything about where my shipment was.

On April 10 - I emailed Way Up Gifts in order to find out why my tracking number did not show me anything and why it had been 11 days and I had no updates on the whereabouts of my shipment. They responded the next day with a date range of arrival to the post office: 17 April 2020 - 20 April 2020. They also supplied me with a supposed USPS tracking number that has never shown me anything other than waiting to receive package at origin. It still says that today (April 27, 2020).

On April 22, I emailed them asking for an update and letting them know the window was past and I had no clue where my package was. I stated I wanted to know where the shipment was or wanted to receive a refund. I have not received a response to that email.

On April 26, I emailed them virtually the same thing as state above for April 22, and still have not received a response.

I am out my money and have not received a product. This is so wrong.

I ordered a led neon sign from this company 6 weeks ago and recieved no update on its progress despite multiple emails I sent their way. Their customer service is shady and lazy and all I want is answers.

I ordered a LED neon light and got a LED light. I paid over $ 100 and got a $25 plastic LED light- no neon. they would not take a return. Way up gifts is a total scam.

This is a lie, we do accept returns. As stated clearly in the product title and description they are LED NEON LIGHT SIGNS. No, they are not neon. Items are as described.

I ordered a gift from the site on December 21st, 2019. I was told shipping would take 2 weeks and was given a confirmation on that it had been shipped from a factory in China on 01/02. I have followed up with customer service multiple times asking for any information on the status of my shipment and gotten no response. I believe this company is a scam and should have their website shut down. I ordered my product in good faith but am not receiving one ounce of cooperation from this business.

I have purchased an item with this business and have not received the item (purchased two weeks ago) and have sent three e-mails and one phone call with no response. There is no tracking details even through application that is listed as the tracking information provider. I would like a refund or an explanation of why the purchased item has not been received.

Your tracking number is ***. It should be delivered soon. Our website started a 2 week delay in processing due to a large amount of orders for the holiday season. We have also refunded shipping costs due to the delay.

I ordered a gift from the site on Nov 22. I was told shipping would take 2 weeks and was given a confirmation on that it had been shipped from a factory in China on 11/26. The package went into "pre shipment" with USPS on Nov 28 and has been in "preshipment" ever since. Research indicates that "preshipment" means USPS is told a package will arrive but has not received the package.

I have followed up with customer service multiple times (12/5, 12/9, 12/11, 12/16) asking for any information on the status of my shipment and have only gotten a form letter response that directs me to a useless Help Center page.

I believe this company is a sham and should be shut down. I would love my money back, but realize it's unlikely. However, I would like to make sure no one else falls victim to the scam.
