I have already contacted the owner of the website in question asking them to remove the incorrect advertisement and they have not yet done so. They also have refused to respond to my request or even acknowledge that they have received my request. The information is being hosted on an IP address owned by HostMySite.com and therefore they have a responsibility to make sure that inaccurate information and harmful information not be published through their IP address and systems. They should cover these items in the their terms of service with their customer and only they can make sure that their customer is not in violation of their terms of service.
