I am fully aware of the cost for various distributon channels and I completely understand this to be reflected in labor rates charged for the workWhat is not acceptable is the overcharge on parts that have an MSRP issued by BMW USAThat is the crux of the matter I am still expecting Weatherford BMW to accept responsibility for this egregious overchargeA refund of the overcharge settles it once and for all My position has not changed and I reserve the right to take legal steps to pursue this matter further I remain hopeful that this matter can be resolved amicably
