Item shipped superfast. Also answered all my questions. Quality of material was great. I am making food safe snack bags.

I purchased items on 2/14/18. on 2/21 I recieved notice order had shipped w/tracking number. on 2/23 I got an email saying the 5 yards of fabric is out of stock, so they only shipped two yards and never reimbursed the shipping I paid for all 7 yards. customer service was very rude and refused to reimburse me anything and never contacted me that they were out of stock until today, two days after shipping.

Ordered zorb Terry cloth from Wazoodle, it arrived with large snags all over the fabric. When I e-mailed them I was told it was just a fluffy Terry Cloth. I explained and sent photos of the issue and asked to speak with a manager. The fabric looks as if it's a second or had been returned. They never bothered to respond to me and seem to have felt the issue was resolved.

I purchased 3 yards of original 60" wide Zorb from this site, which came recommended both from the site and from other blogs I had reviewed. Was looking for a cheaper price point than my usual microfiber for inserts, as I have a large cloth diaper order from a customer.
Product is supposed to absorb amazingly, and is "preshrunk". Bogus. First off, it doesn't absorb as advertised, it holds water like any other synthetic fiber - so no better off than my microfiber here, except price point. Second, my 3 yards shrunk 10" in just 2 washes on high temps (which are sometimes needed for cloth diapers to sanitize them!).
THEN. I go to leave a realistic review because I feel it's my duty to warn others that although it's cheaper and I would realistically use again, people should know what they are getting into with it. Find that the reviews are all moderated on the business' website and upon further inspection, all reviews left are 5 stars. I find this HIGHLY unethical.

I ordered 200 *** blanks (diaper making supplies) from their clearance sale, I also ordered other items. When I first got my shipping notice I was told in it all 200 blanks shipped. When my order arrived, next to the *** blanks it said out of stock refunded. However I had not been refunded. So I called. The lady informed me about inventory issues with clearance, etc. That's fine. I understand they can run out. Not the end of the world. She also explained refunds are done about every 2 days, ok. However I had to argue with them on the shipping difference. I was charged shipping a more expensive method than they offer due to weight. They didn't want to refund the difference in shipping of the items I didn't receive. Also they didn't seem to understand why I wouldn't have picked *** when I could have chosen First Class mail for the $4 in items I got that weighed 8 ounces. I also explained I live about 25 miles away. After going back and forth on the phone, they finally agreed to refund shipping and that day my refund was posted. However, today several other people who ordered the same item after mine posted in groups they got theirs. One lady even said "they gave me extras for free". That same lady claimed to order 1-2 days after me. It's extremely tacky how they handle their situations. Because I ordered first, I should of been at least offered the remainder of the inventory if they could not fill my whole order. The have a long history of messing up orders and how they handle their inventory and customer service is non existent.

I am rejecting this response because

this does not solve the issue as to why they can fufill orders after mine by not mine. Extremely unethetixal business practices. I also was not fully refunded Until I had to argue the costs. Discriminatory practices by refusing my order but filling orders after me, including free extras. I want a change in policy and fair equal access to all customers, not picking and choosing who’s orders you would fufill. I’ve tried to order once before from this comapany the same CS nightmare. In online social media groups they have a very poor CS and overall company reputation for the “shenanigans” they pull it needs to end

I do remember speaking with you on the phone and after I heard about your complaint I was more than willing to give you the full refund. I am not sure where you did see that other people ordered the same product and got it after you, the only explanation I have for that is that sometimes if customers have a product in their cart first and then go to checkout at the same time then the customers order will go in the que first. I am sorry that you feel that our customer service is not up to par. I can tell you when we went to fill the order there was no soaker blanks left. Our customer service is #1 to us and before we hung up the phone you had said thank you. I am always here to listen to other issues that you have and I have also emailed you to discuss them.
