WB Mason

Frankly, I’m extremely disappointed with Mason WB Co. Inc. The original delivery of a large whiteboard was delayed by over a month after payment was completed. When it finally arrived, the board was warped and fell off the included wall mounting system. I was assured a replacement would be processed, yet it’s now two weeks past the promised date. This level of delay and lack of follow-through is simply unprofessional and unacceptable.

I got charged twice from WB Mason for items I never received. I have written to them 5 times and they TOTALLY IGNORE YOU! I will go to every website and let people know they have the WORST customer service ever. Why have a customer service email address if NO ONE responds to it!? I will NOT spend my time sitting on hold for customer service. Next step is the BBB.
