We will be issuing a credit today less freight back to manufacturer and restocking charged by manufacturer Our records show that the customer ordered this base & then decided he wanted a larger floor, returned it, & bought another elsewhereAs it was a non-stock product, special ordered, it is subject to these charges.The product was shipped back & there hasn't been a response by the manufacturer, American StandardThe manufacturer has, apparently, misplaced the product & never processed a creditWe normally wait for the credit to come through before issuing a credit to our customer &, clearly, we should have followed up on the shipmentWe are estimating the freight to be $based on phone estimates from the freight company & the usual restocking charge of 15% by the manufacturerAny adjustment once the actual charges, if different, come through, we will issue further credit as needed.The customer has been informed about this issue in the last several days
