I was shocked when I saw your rating of WBF My own personal experience as a customer is at the extreme positive end of the scalean "A" As a retiree I look for consistent good quality and treatment at a fair price Since the SR7/441/Wellington McDonalds opened in 2012, I have been a repeat customer visiting to times a weekat various hours of day and nightIn those to visits, the ONLY problems I've had has been: 1) an ice cream cone that wasn't cold enough & quickly melted and 2) the very RARE occasion the mess created by a group of unrulely teenagers or family slobs took up to minutes to clean Those complaints are pretty petty and maybe I should have not listed them, but I am not exaggerating my great satisfaction with this franchise operator In addition, a good friend with over years of in the fast-food industry, also regularly frequents this restaurant with his wife rates this operation as 1st class I have no financial ties to WBF Mgtnor any relatives employed in any of their operations

The new management has caused this formerly great place to go downhillThere is a young waitress/food runner who was slinging/clamoring dishes while several of us were waiting to be seatedThe noise of her throwing dishes in the bin was unsettlingShe would clear a table then tell the next line to “sit there” pointing to a tableWhen she did this to me and my year old mother, we went to take a booth seat but my mother immediately stood up grabbing her pants leg and said “the seat is soaking wetIt got my pants wet.” So, I went to ask this young waitress to wipe off the booth seat She said: “ It’s wet because I just washed it, “ and went about her business when I told her it’s so wet, my mother’s pants got wet, she went to the back and came whizzing by our table slamming down on the table a paper towelA customer across from us said “Oh, hell no, she did not just to do that to you.” Other customers waiting in line leaned over to us and said “how rude! Are you okay?” We we’re still standing by the wet booth I went to ask this young lady to wipe the booth but before I could say more than “I know your busy...” she threw her hands up at me and said “Don’t talk to me, talk to my manager.” Her manager was not much better saying she would talk to but wasn’t going to fire her- I didn’t ask her to fire anyoneI told her I cane in there often enough I never thought I’d seen anything like her There was never an apology or even basic good customer serviceIt seems they’ve forgotten that they need customers to have jobs and should give customers common courtesy- if not great customer serviceApart from this incident, the food has not been consistently good since the new management took overThey make you feel like it’s a cattle line and we’re the ones lucky to be there

I was shocked when I saw your rating of WBF. My own personal experience as a customer is at the extreme positive end of the scale... an "A". As a retiree I look for consistent good quality and treatment at a fair price.
Since the SR7/441/Wellington McDonalds opened in 2012, I have been a repeat customer visiting 3 to 7 times a week... at various hours of day and night. In those 150 to 300 visits, the ONLY problems I've had has been:
1) an ice cream cone that wasn't cold enough & quickly melted and
2) the very RARE occasion the mess created by a group of unrulely teenagers or family slobs took up to 20 minutes to clean.
Those complaints are pretty petty and maybe I should have not listed them, but I am not exaggerating my great satisfaction with this franchise operator. In addition, a good friend with over 30 years of in the fast-food industry, also regularly frequents this restaurant with his wife rates this operation as 1st class.
I have no financial ties to WBF Mgt. nor any relatives employed in any of their operations.
