I am rejecting this response because:I happy
with the refund THANK YOU SO MUCH Revdex.com!!! But the WBIG response is an INSULTNo one responded from or would do ANYTHING from WBIG until I pleaded my case to the Revdex.com(see my last letter below) Thank you Revdex.comI was a 25+ yr customer of WBIGBut no moreAfter I discovered all the negative reviews on YELP about WBIG and Steve *** I realized I was not the only person that was betrayedI'll be using Groupon and restaurant.com from now on. FYI, tell Maria, that per her suggestion, I did speak with the Aurora post office last weekI showed them an an envelope that I picked at the station The clerk advised that since the hand written address is barely legible and that it had the incorrect zip code it would never have made it to me my houseIf you scroll back to the original note I mentioned to you that you had the incorrect zip code on my account file and Maria corrected itWRMN uses a label maker and I have NEVER not received my ordersHow expensive is a label maker?At this time, I would have thought you would have taken care of this for a yr+ customer who calls in to the show regularly with testimonials, comes to road shows, brings in new customers( this last year) and spends over a $a yearBut apparently you figure that this is no big deal and we will keep buyingWRONG!I work in customer service and I'm rated on my service every single day, so customer service is important to me and you have failed miserably.At this time I would ask that you immediately:* Remove me from the WBIG text club * Stop ALL texts being sent to my phone *** Cancel my account number *** Remove my personal contact and credit card from your database, I don't want my information being hacked.Christine and I are thoroughly disgusted with this situation and thus, we will be notifying our all friends of the issues with WBIG and recommend they also cancel their accountsAdditionally, I will be telling this story of WBIG's Fraud and horrible customer service to as many people as I can in the media and to anyone else that will listen including Revdex.com and appropriate state agencies that handle consumer fraud.
