January 3, 2017Dear [redacted];I received a letter from you advising me that a Resident has logged a complaint with the Revdex.com. The Revdex.com Complaint ID is [redacted] ([redacted]),[redacted] is one of our Residents at [redacted]. [redacted] stated in her complaint that she made contact with...
us on 09/01/2015. [redacted] Property Management Group did not begin to manage this project until 12/1/2015. [redacted] called **'s home office towards the end of November 2016 to inform us of the heat issue, we were unaware of the problem until that point, [redacted] immediately called a thirdparty vendor, [redacted], who took care of the issue that next day, I have since spoken to [redacted] and she was very grateful for our quick response to her concern regarding the heat.I am unaware of any issues that [redacted] has with our Property Manager, The Manager has not expressed any concerns regarding the Resident,As always, please feel free to contact me with further questions.Very Truly Yours, [redacted] Property Management GroupAngel G
