Hi *** I'm reaching out in regards to a complaint submitted back by one of my clients, [redacted] . I am so sorry for the delay in response. I am just now recovering from a devastating year last year, in which I lost 5 people in my life over the course of it. I had been in touch... in with my client and found out that the complaint may not have been retracted. I had delivered her wedding images early for her under the impression that she would be taking down a review that she had posted online. I didn't realize until now that there was a formal complaint file through the BBB. I'm very new to this (as I've never had a complaint file in my 9 years of business) and appreciate your patience as I've never experienced circumstances that have led to me to this position before. I just wanted to follow-up to find out what steps are to made form here. I'm still on good terms with [redacted] and can reach out to her if need be. I just don't know how this works.
