All applicants who are approved by WC Management are shown available units and asked to pay a $hold if the applicant is interested in a unitThe $holds the unit for days and is non refundableOnce the tenant moves in the hold becomes a part of the tenants security depositAll approved
applicants are told holds are non refundable but they are able to be transferred to another WC Management property within the day period if the approved applicant changes their mindThe hold will not be refunded but the applicant may still move in to the property as long as it is within days of the original holdWe do have a sign posted in plain sight in our office which states, "ALL HOLDS ON PROPERTIES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND WILL EXPIRE WITHIN DAYS." The receipt is in our office and can be picked up during office hoursAs far as maintenance issues, WC Management does not manage all properties within Woodcliff The neighbor referred to is most likely not one of our tenants considering we only manage one other unit in that vicinityAs the only management company with an on-site management office we are the most accessible management team in the whole complex and rarely have complaints when it comes to the timeliness of our maintenance request
