I ordered from this company because my year old found them and asked for something for ChristmasHowever, buyer beware, here's a timeline of my awful experience: November 24, - took advantage of their Buy 2, Get free sale and ordered sweatshirts November 26, - received email that my order shipped December 1, - sent email to customer service that my tracking information has not been updated, still showing that the order is waiting to arrive at the post office December 5, - received an email that one of the sweatshirts I ordered is out of stock and I needed to pick another option The only email I sent that was actually answered was the one selecting a new sweatshirtThere was no response to my inquiry as to why my order wasn't filled when it was placedHad it been filled within a day or two of the order, I would have (and should have) gotten the sweatshirts I actually orderedNever again will I order from this company

I order over $from this company on 1/14/I also paid for express shipping on my order, still haven’t received my packagePretty unacceptable to pay extra for express shipping to not receive the package within daysAn update on my order now says it won’t be delivered until the 22nd of this monthReally not impressed with their customer service or shipping timeIt’s a shame because they have a lot of cute stuff and they claim it’s for homeless dogs but I tend to believe that’s advertising
Everything I have ordered from the website has been of amazing quality and I'm offended this one complaint is able to take over the site's view of this placeI would like to know more about the % of donation from the clothing and have only found credible sources with hard numbers (Small yes because they are running a non profit) I love the clothing and it's competitive for what t sellsA Lot of people have also raised concerns with the % donated, but again, this is a business
I made an order from this company and the order arrived incompleteWhen I emailed to notify them that two of my items were missing from the order, they did respond to say they would send me a gift certificate to repurchase the itemsHowever, the gift certificate they sent me was for less than the purchase price of the productsI paid the difference (thinking the money would go to a good cause), and my next order again arrived incompleteWhen I contacted the company again, they told me it was my fault and refused any additional correspondenceIf you want to support shelter animals, donate to your local shelterI believe this company is a scam (no phone number to contact them, and they refuse delivery of certified mail from the Revdex.com)Three months have passed and I still have not received the products that I paid for

I ordered my hoodie on 1/20/19, got a confirmation email right away, on 1/22/I got my email letting me know my order had shipped with my tracking info and when it was delivered 1/25/I also got an email letting me know it had been deliveredI was very impressed with how on top of my order they were and the quality of the hoodie is outstandingI will without a doubt be ordering from them again
I placed an order and accidentally ordered the incorrect sizeI immediately emailed and asked for the correction to be made before shippingI received an email asking for the order number, to which I respondedThe correction was not made and the company was unresponsive to my numerous attempts to contact for days! After nine days I resent the same email repeatedly or so timesI finally received an unapologetic email stating they will not refund my money and I need to send the item back (at my own expense) and they would send me a coupon that I can use to order the correct sizeI wanted a full refund as I do not wish to support a company with such horrible customer service I’m hesitant to send the item back as they are near impossible to to get a hold of but I suppose I have no choiceThey have my money and I hope they do the exchange
This is company is a scam! No phone number to reach themThey offer free subscription and then start billing you with no way to cancelRun as fast as you can away from these thiefs!
I purchased a shirt for my year old daughterIt arrived damagedI contacted them and they gave me instructions on what to do via emailI did as instructed, sent pictures and video of the damaged shirtI sent different emails and my wife sent a fourth.That was several months agoI sent another one the other day and still nothingThey have HORRIBLE SERVICEI don't beleive the money is going to the animals eitherI believe tgey are getting rich and they are a scam
