What part of the contract specifically was not fulfilled as stated?

The fact that this complainant is unable to produce a signed notarized agreement (required for EVERY client of WCAP Financial) only reinforces our firm belief that this is a bogus complaint, likely submitted by one of our competitors.Further, the complainant goes as far as accusing the Revdex.com of being scam. This entire situation is so completely ludicrous that we will let the merits of this complaint stand for itself as any reasonable person can see the only "scam" being perpetrated here is this very complaint itself

WCAP Financial requires a signed and notarized contract for every single client that we work with which outlines the scope of services we are to provide. Please ask the complainant to provide that paperwork for our review so that we can investigate the matter further and respond

To Whom It May Concern, According to our records we spoke with Mr. [redacted] on November 19, 2015. He had not yet received the first refund check that we sent him via certified mail. We had our accounting department cancel the first check and write a second one. We verified Mr. [redacted]'s...

mailing address and sent the second check. Our accounting department was able to verify that the second check was received and cashed on 12/14/2015 by Mr. [redacted]. Best Regards, Emily B[redacted]Assistant Director of Operations###-###-####[redacted]@wcapfinancial.com

I am rejecting this response because:This is again, a non answer. I can prove my identity and produce documents as needed. What WCAP needs to prove is that I them permission to charge my credit card for 6995.00. I did not and they have committed fraud by submitting the charge. Their response is unbusiness like and personally abusive. If they cannot produce their copy of the "signed and notarized agreement", then they have no business charging me anything.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Unfortunately we do not retain copies of client records due to the sensitive nature contained therein.  Therefore, complainant must provide signed/notarized agreement to verify this is a legitimate complaint and to allow us to properly research this case further.  Failure to produce the proper documents will cause us to determine this is a bogus complaint.

To Whom it May Concern, WCAP Financial did work with this client's business partner to obtain funding for their business. We did charge $8,995.00 for our services after obtaining the client a total of $[redacted] in funding. We guaranteed them a minimum of $50,000 before we charged them...

anything. Every client we work with has a comprehensive and extensive contract that must be signed and notarized before we will work with them. This contract goes over everything involved in the funding process, our guidelines and restrictions included. This complaint does not list any specific examples of dishonesty or misrepresentation. We are willing if necessary to provide the Revdex.com with the notarized contract that they signed as further evidence of our cooperation and good business practices. As WCAP Financial had the signed and notarized contract before obtaining any funding for this client, and we did not charge any monies until reaching our guaranteed minimum, we feel that refunding any monies for services rendered, is at this time, an unreasonable request; however, we are working closely with the client to ensure that they are satisfied moving forward. Best, Rachael C[redacted]Director of Operations

I am rejecting this response because: I can't remember who I sent the contract back too. I thought I sent it to Russ B[redacted], but that's not who I sent it to. I've got credit card statements showing that WCAP charged me $15k for a service that they sold to another client for $9k. The only thing that's bogus is this company. Also, I still have $30k of debt on these cards and I can't do a second round of funding because I want to refinance my house as soon as I get my taxes done in January. If they do the same thing they did the last time, the mortgages companies won't allow me to refinance. I'm asking for $6k to help me get out of this mess. I will not accept the $2k that they have offered.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Business failed to secure 0% funding as advertised, failed to disclose 3% liquidation fee, and failed to remedy mistakes made by company, resulting in damages to myself and my business.
