I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I could not find a place to explain why I would not accept the companies offer They offered no refund They gave information - I did not ask for the least expensive way to do the things I ask for There was no invoice He stated the price after I told him what I needed done I showed him the three things I needed done and to each he said he could fix it I trusted him to do what he said and stand by this work This did not happen We stayed off the driveway for days just to be sure After that is when I walked on it and it was still tacky and came off on my foot Should have been dry by then but he just poured it over dirt We are Talking about a section of foot by feet at the end of the drive When he did call, he told me that I must not know anything about asphalt Of course I don't, he is the "professional" not me He stated he came by and it looked good to him and stated hecould redo it (1Xsection) for $ Lesson learned Hopefully for him, also[redacted]
We did the driveway for homebuilder He had everything graded out and sloped the way he wanted it We paved it just like he had it graded and the homeowner did not like the direction the water was running in The homebuilder has refunded their money
