This is regarding the complaint we received from Revdex.com for Vehicle Mercedes Benz GL customer [redacted] sale dated 07/31/We sold the Vehicle listed price $Cash price, finance was $the customer doesn't qualify for this loan and we helped her reducing the price of the car and Sold AS IS 1st time customer call us and complaint because the pump of suspension wasn't properly workingwe have helped customer to install pump free of charge, and installation was complete and vehicle was handover to customer, after few days later the customer came back complaining the installation wasn't right, we showed to mechanic next door checked the issue and re-install this defective pump again and replace defective pump which we received from parts company when he install first timeThe issue was resolved and this vehicle was given to customer 2nd time and he was satisfiedAfter to days later customer bring this vehicle to mechanic next door for another issueThe mechanic informed to customer the issue you need to resolve it will be charged to youThe customer don't want to pay and demand us to fix this issue as well, this car was Sold to customer AS IS with no warrantyThe issue we resolved 1st and 2nd time and customer was satisfied, vehicle was on the road for more than daysIf there is another issue came in this vehicle we are not responsible to fix it after days and as we sell this car AS ISwe have informed to customer talk with the mechanic and resolve the issue with himThe customer was so panic, was keep calling us, and used inappropriate language
