Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] has not scheduled a date when he was called said that they were in the middle of a remodel; when the work is completed then the complaint will be resolved [redacted] was aware of the situation and said that the materials had already been acquired Regards, [redacted]

Our [redacted] , [redacted] , has the customer on the production schedule and the issue will be resolved prior to April 30, 2015. It will take that long to schedule the craftsmen and procure any replacement materials that may be needed.
