We are responding to email complaint which we have received via email on July ** , We would like acknowledge that the client had requested for the refund of the transaction But in order to give the refund we requested the client to provide the card details or payee name and address so that
we can process the refund back to the client As per our policy we do not save customer card information for security reason We also gave an option for wire transfer for which we needed bank detailsBut client didn't wanted to provide any information so that refund was not processed on time . We received a charge back from the client on ** July and the the amount was sent back on the same day The complaint has already been solved and payment has already been sent to the clientPlease update your records accordinglyI am also attaching reference details below as a proof that the amount was sent back as we received a charge back from the client bank . *** ***
