Service could not have been worseI was assigned WCS Mechanical by my Home Warranty Company (Select Home Warranry)WCS Mechanical had hours to contact meAfter no contact in that time-frame, I called WCS Mechanical as instructedThe person answering the phone did not identify themselvesI identified myself as a customer of the Select Home Warranty and inquired about when I could expect a service callThe person said they had no knowledge of my service request but would check with his office and get back to me "in minutes." After two hours (and call to Select Home Warranty) I called WCS againI identified myself as the person who had called earlierI was hung up onI called back and found I had been blockedAt no time had my own conversation tone been rude or unprofessionalI called the Select Home Warranty and was assigned another A/C company to provide serviceThis is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered from a service -based companyI recommended the SelectHome Warranty drop WCS Mechanical from their list of A/C contractorsI do not recommend this company

Hired Omar C[redacted] to install a new unit inside and out, originally wanted 3 ton, 16 seer, unit but when Omar came to the house he left his invoice from Insco accidentally on the floor, which he bought a 3 ton, 14 seer, so I confronted Omar that it was a 3 ton, 14 seer. He apoligize and said that Insco made a mistake giving him the wrong seer, and came back to me saying I needed to give him more money for the 16 seer. I settled for the 3 ton 14 seer, and the air condition turned on and blew cold air, but the heater does not work. He mention to me to call City Public Service to have them check out plus have CPS sign me up with there Thermostat to save on energy cost, well its been 4 months and Omar will not answer my calls to have him fix the heater. I call him from different phone numbers and he answers and says I'll be there and never shows up. I really dont know why he wouldn't just go and fix the heater its all under warranty. Also, he did not pull a permit from the City of [redacted] which I wanted him to do to have an city inspector check to see it all passes. I will not not hire WSC again.
