In response to the complaint filed by [redacted], We still have an open contract with a remaining outstanding balance of $7,000.00. I wrote a check to the city of Fremont and was refunded by[redacted], my check was returned due to a my client's check bouncing and a possible account...
compromised. I am still researching to find out what is going on with my account at Bank of America as well as setting up a new account with another bank. I am having my IT tech check my computer for any compromise due to a hidden program and reviewing my B of A account for any other discrepancy's. I explained this to [redacted] and he not only filed a complaint with Revdex.com, he also is going after my license bond and whatever else he can do to discredit my corporation. This could have been resolve if he had not attacked my bond and created issues like this one. The surveyors that are subdividing his lot are the same surveyors that I call to assist me when I need their services, I will provide any information need to resolve this issue and once he retract his complaints, I will gladly refund the amount of the check in question.

according to contract, I needed to pay you 11,000 for the work, I did pay those in 2 checks, i paid 6585 USD check to you to pay to the city , you gave a check for same amount to city and check is returned. that money is my money to be used for this project and only this project.
You did not refund any part of the money that I paid you to pay to the city. it is still outstanding in full (i paid to city directly using my extra funds) .
yes that contract is for 18k, and balance is due only on completing the work. and I did not see any work progress towards completion.
I will not retract the complaint until the project is complete and my money is refunded to me in full with interest and costs. you are late by full 2 months on this money. Sincerely,[redacted]
