I am rejecting this response because: None of the information provided is trueI have obtained an attorneyI have text messages and voicemails from Mrs R*** to verify all I have saidThere was never an agreement for the house to be furnishedIf so the lease would have reflected that informationMrsR*** was asked many many times to remove her belongings and the recordings will prove thisMrs R*** was aware of the injuryI would not answer the phone when she called unless I had another person present and I would put her on speaker so I would have a witness because of her repeated deception. I have witnesses to me asking for my money to be returned after repeated requests to remove her belongings from the homeShe just continued to say she was renting a truck and having them moved but she always had an excuse when the time cameFour cherry oak tables were removed in October and only two were returned the first week in December after repeated requests to have them returned. She repeatedly comes into the home without notificationThere was never a walk through performedAlthough I continued to ask for one. When she continued to ignore my request, I took pictures for documentationShe then tried to get the property manager to get me to sign a fraudulent piece of paper saying a walk through had been done but I refusedIf it had been done then there would have been documentation with the date and both our signatures and repairs neededHow do you perform a walk through when the home is full of her thingsThe dinning room table had a big piece of glass missing ( I took photos), chairs with broken armsMost of the furniture presented hazardsI have been a nurse for years and was not in need of anythingShe told my brother she didn't have storage and that is what took her so long to remove her belongingsThere was an agreement for no her to not contact me in November because of her deception and taking thingsThis is why a property manager came into play in NovemberShe agreed to this so I would not take legal action at that timeBut she continued to violate the lease and enter the home without notification and continued to not make requested repairsfor monthsI have printed all of the text messages and the voicemailShe is pettyShe took glade plug ins out of walls for spite and threw them awayI want anyone in the future not to have to endure what I have had to endureIt is my hope they will research them on the Revdex.com and head the warningI have an attorney and this matter will e settled in courtThank you for your time and attention to this matter

This letter is in response to complaint#[redacted].  Per the lease agreement the complainant signed a lease agreement on 08/22/16 for the premises located at [redacted] W-S, NC [redacted] to began an effective date of 09/01/16 at that time keys were received by complainant. In regards to...

the complainant being injured on the property,  I was not aware that an injury took place, the complainant never contacted me verbally, written or provided supported documentation from licensed physician that she had been injured. During the inspection of the premises on 08/2016 the complainant was very much aware that unit was totally furnished along with décor and accessories , upon the agreement of both parties that the furniture, décor and accessories  would remain in the unit until 10/16 due to this will allow the complainant time to purchase new furnishing, décor and accessories and due to the complainant not being out on her own for 6 years. The complainant never expressed previously  to me that she wanted any money returned and that she would find somewhere else to stay. On or about 02/17 the complainant sent a message via-text to an representative of the sub-division stating that she would move if the security deposit and first month's rent was returned, unfortunately the complainant is in a legal biding contract that extends for a year.In the complaint the complainant mentioned that the unit was entered several times without notification,  complainant requested that some repairs to be made in which that gives authorization to enter the premises. Per the lease contract that the complainant signed on 08/02/16 page 3 of 6 paragraph 9 ( Right of Entry): Landlord herby reserves the right to enter the Premises during reasonable hours for the purpose of (1) inspecting the Premises and the Tenant's compliance with the terms of this lease; (2) making such repairs, alterations, improvements or additions thereto as the Landlord may deem appropriate; and (3) showing the premises to prospective purchasers or tenants. Landlord shall also have the right to display " For Sale" or "For Rent' signs in a reasonable manner upon the Premises. The 2 light oak eating tables that is in question was returned to the complainant by the subdivision's representative and the plug in where personal items owned by the Lessor.Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter and if you should have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me via-mail.Warmest Regards,Warren D. [redacted] & Hortencia D. [redacted]
