Review: WDUtlimate Auto Body

First and foremost the work this guy does is amateur. Had an incident around February 2014 with my 2011 Sti. I ran into a pothole and slightly bent my right front wheel. He took my car last week of February 2014 to do estimates etc. After two weeks he told me to call my insurance and file the claim, which I did in timely fashion. Before March 2014 ended, he asked me if he can use my full KW V3 suspension for his 2015 Sti since he is going to be working on my car for quite sometime. I said yes on the assumption it will be put back correctly. But now I regret it.

Anyway, I now have a kw v3's that the height will settle lower than I had adjusted. It wasn't the same as before. [redacted] used them on his car and refused to take responsibility for it. He told me to send it to KW for warranty which isnt worth my time. There was no guarantee that KW will warranty it. I have another set of wheels ordered which was installed on the car during the time my car was at WDUltimate auto body.

On top of the suspension, he screwed up the work on my car. He had my car from Febuary 2014 up to 3rd week of June 2014. I went out of the country from May * to June * and when I got back my car isn't done. He sprayed over rock chips and a lot of dents were not taken cared of. All fender liners are ripped and sagging. It seemed like the car didnt have any work done, so unprofessional. Mind you this is insurance job!

After staying on top of [redacted] for 3 weeks in June I finally got my car back not fully finished, with bad suspension etc. Went back to him so he can fix some dents. I left my car again in July, had to go back and forth a few times coz he doesn't get work done in time. Even though there's still unresolved work I took my car and just let it be.

With my eagerness to get the car back as soon as possible, I forgot to take my OEM wheels with very good tires mounted on them. I didnt ask him for storage. I pay for my own storage for my parts. He didnt give me my wheels back which I think is "his responsibilty to tell me it cant be left in his shop and I need to take them". Now that I needed them again for winter I called him last Saturday morning, January ** 2015, to see if I can get my wheels back. I spoke to him and he told me to come pick it up. I got to the shop around 3pm, chatted with him, showed me around the shop with the project cars he has going on. I came across this 2011 WRX wheels bald tires. He told me they're mine and said take it. I told him i'll gladly take it but they're not mine and it won't fit.

My wheels are Enkei OEM Wheels 18X8.5 with Continental DWS 235/40/18 which are currently missing. I have been pursuing [redacted] for the past 3 weeks now for a replacement but our last conversation ended up with him saying he's not responsible for wheels.Desired Settlement: Replacement of parts missing and replacement of damaged suspension parts.

Review: [redacted] does not answer my calls or texts about a problem I have with them.. they did some body work on my car and I brought them a body kit for them to put on. they took 5 months on a job that takes about 1 week. I told [redacted] do not put on a certain piece and he didn't as planned. I got my car back and couldn't fit that piece in my car. so I told him ill come back when I get my car painted which was a month later. I texed him saying im coming in a few weeks to pick up this piece along with other pieces that they did not put on that I didn't know they did.. no answer, so another week went by I had my car looked at and a lot of stuff was missing and some stuff was put on wrong. so I texed him again saying im coming next week to pick up my piece and other things that you guys didn't put on my car.. as I got there next week he had one piece for me that was missing certain hardware.. I questioned that it came with hardware, and was wondering where the other piece was that I came down for.. he claimed that the guy was off that day who did my car. few minutes went by and he found the hardware and other small things they didn't put on my car but didn't find the big piece I was looking for. he said tomorrow I will look for it and drive it to you. next day comes no text or call.. so I called him twice no answer.. texted him no answer.. few hours go by and he texted me saying still looking.. few days go by now and he still hasn't found it I am assuming that he didn't find it because he ignored all of my phone calls and text messages..this part is $600 and im just not going to let that go away.Desired Settlement: if he can not find it I will like a new part or either money for what it is worth

I recently had my Nissan Sentra fixed and from start to finish, it was exceptional customer service. Handled everything from car rental to making sure I was always updated with the progress. I am more than happy. Even gave me the car with a car wash.
