We are in receipt of the above mentioned complaint number The home the applicant is referring to was marketing for under a minute (an old ad was refreshed and posted then gone back into to change the new rent amount) for the lessor rent rate and quickly corrected We kindly explained this to the applicant We have gladly refunded her $application fee and mailed it to the address on her complaint She was never denied the refund in any way, the refund had simply not been processed.Thank You and Have a Great Day!Orlando B [redacted] - Broker/Owner
