I purchase a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee on November 4, 2019. By the time the end of November came, I experienced a problem with the airbag not communicating with the vehicle. There was also a problem with the coolant system, which was caused by these parts that were leaking the water pump, radiator, thermostat, and heater coil. Eventually, it caused the truck to smoke extremely bad out the vents. So I took it to Bob Brady where I learned that the airbag was not responding to the truck. And they weren't able to fix any of my problems. I took it into Mike Naser shop to be repaired so many times. He replaced the thermostat and heater coil. But that wasn't it. I also put my car reader on it and it displayed that it was a problem with it misfiring with was caused by a bad circuit 02 sensors. The truck started to not want to accelerate properly so I took it back up to Mike Naser the owner of WE BE AUTO. Were his mechanic tried to replace the 02 sensors and was unable to complete the job properly. He damaged the 02 sensors by putting orange cyclone on it. This really lead to more problems with it misfiring. I then took it to Billingsley where one of the workers looked at it and told me that the truck was going to be a big problem. He then traded me into a 2008 Chevrolet impala at the beginning of February of this year. I had to pay for the licenses, taxes, and title to be transfer to the Impala. Come the middle of March of this year the car started not wanting to accelerate at a safe speed to get out of the way quick due to the transmission going out. It had a bad oil leak, worn motor mounts, and needed valve cover gauges. I took it back to the dealer and he did nothing about it. I finally decided to just drop the car off at that time. 06/18/2020 he tried to switch me out. He gave me the option of 2 cars and 2 trucks. 1 of the trucks wasn't running and the other vehicles had all kinds of lights on the dashboard. I paid for my plates to be transferred back in February. Why should I have to do it again if he was going to trade me into another car? This means I would have paid for the tax, title, and licenses three times. Since March 2020 to now, I have been waiting for the car he has been promising me or for him to put a new transmission in. Something has to be done. He is a crook and his business is very unprofessional.

I purchased a vehichle on July 31 2019..In the wheels and deals it said 4500 and *** charged me 4800.I didn't have the book to prove it, so I let that go.The vehicle got totaled on Christmas .The insurance company paid it off for 1950,and we only owed 1600.I called and asked him why do he think we owe him 1950..He then sid he would give us 150,and then when we went to talk to him about the reason he thought we owed him, *** then said he owe us 41 dollars. He said we suppose to pay 1.43 a day ,even if this was possible,how do you npay interest on a vehicle the insurance company paying off.I told him its insurance fraud and false ADVERTISING.I have another witness *** that has an occurrence with *** about a vehicle that he had a loan on the title and tried to make her pay it off.
