I sent exact info on a key fob I wanted to sell included a photo of it intact. They sent a dollar quote what they might pay. So I ship my Fob I get emails keeping in touch with me through process. The day I was to receive any money I called and checked on status. They told me they were sending my Fob back...well I had to be let down by not getting money. Well I have gotten the key fob in mail. Opened it and the key its self is gone along with batteries they literally took my key out of the fob .
Other (requires explanation) I want what what's mine and all of it or pay me for what you have kept

During that sorting process, all metal keys and batteries are discarded as we do not purchase them. That being said, we would like to try to turn this into a positive experience for you. As stated in your complaint, we communicated with you that we are not currently buying the particular key fob you sent in so it was mailed back to you. We are willing to pay $*** for the key plus an additional $*** for the cost of a new battery. If you find this compensation agreeable, please reach out to us so we can get you your payment.

....here's why...the day I called to ask about the status of my key fob...*** stated and I quote " we are sending your key fob back because they dont buy that particular key" ALSO she stated to try to sell my key fob on ***. THIS IN RETURN TELLS ME THAT IT IS WAS SELLABLE AND IT IS PROGRAMABLE. WHY COULD YOU NOT SEND MY PROPERTY BACK THE WAY IT WAS SENT TO YOU. THE FOB IS NO GOOD WITHOUT A KEY. CAN NOT DO ANYTHING WITH A PLASTIC PIECE NOW. I THINK YOU CAN MAKE A BETTER OFFER THEN THIS ? DID YOU NOT TELL ME TO SELL IT ON ***? YES YOU DID . SO HOW AM I TO DO THAT WITH NO KEY?
ANOTHER THING THE KEY WAS NEATLY TUCKED INTO A PLASTIC FOB ..YOU RECIVED IT THAT WAY ...RIGHT? AND I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT BACK THAT WAY.

I would settle for *** that is nothing compared to the quote that was given to me b4 I sent the key in. Also that is what the same exact key fob has sold for in auction on ***. Then I will let you and your company go about your way. I would also take down any review I have made on websites associated with this company.
