[redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: John, when you last left our home, you WERE aware that we were still dissatisfied with the wood floor installation.? However, we chose to wash our hands of the job because your erratic and violent threats to do with the job were becoming too frequent.? However, that doesn't mean that we were "happy and satisfied" with the flooring, nor tile (shower basin) installation? If you DO recall, that conversation regarding our displeasure of that install ended with you referring to one of the homeowners as a ***!? It was the same conversation that the plumber overheard, and chimed in on.? The one that you in turn threatened the life of the plumber!? You MUST remember that or were you in a stupor? ? This being said the REASON for not making a last payment to Vision Homes is because money is NOT OWED.? We are beating a dead horse here.? Please re-read previous messages here on Revdex.com, and you will again see the breakdown clear as day in black and white.? It is NOT because of dissatisfaction in workmanship.? It is cut and dry, clearly and simply, the cabinet allowance and painter allowance together total MORE THAN THE FINAL INSTALLMENT? ? ? ? ? We have made several attempts to obtain a final bill, with deductions for allowances (for kitchen cabinets, clients painter etc.), from Vision Homes We have text messages and an email as proof Vision Homes has not presented an updated final bill, with a substantiated final amount John has only given us a broad range of what his "estimate" would be His last reply to us was to just "pay off his subs." We have not "refused" to pay the final amount we only refuse to pay for the same work twice (iesubs) and for items that were given an allowance as per the contract and change orders Additionally, as a result of plumbing work during renovation by Vision Homes, the basement flooded causing substantial damage to the furnace (we have bill) that we are expecting that Vision Homes will take responsibility forWe have receipts and copies of all correspondences, contract and change orders, furnace repair, and canceled checks John, owner of Vision Homes, only communication comes in the form of irrational rage infused crude and vulgar comments and threats to the homeowners and sub-contractors demanding money without providing properly documented proof of what he is claiming to be owed

When we were complete with this project? the homeowner was 100% satisfiedTill this date we've never received communications with homeowner on any complaints to be correctedWe did receive communications that they have chosen to not pay the final payment on the project.? ? ?
