We paid the full month to day care then the pandemic striked in the middle of the month and understandable they kept all month fee paid 650$. Now they are opening May 14th and again want full fee of 650$ even tho they are in the middle of the month.
We responded to all parents when the pandemic hit and informed all parents that we understand that those parents who have paid full fees will receive a refund of 1/2 fees when we return back to daycare.
We have been in contact with parent and have held every spot for parents for which ever date works for them to return. The first return date for this parent was May 14. Then she changed the date to
June 1 and again we accommodated the date. We have all the text messages from this parent. For June are only charging 1/2 the fees. These text messages are dated back from March 16, 2020 from the
time we closed down. We also have messages from May 1, 2020. We have been as fast and as diligent as possible in working with all over parents.
I will contact mum as well. I am sorry I did not respond faster to this, I did not see this until now,
