How solid is a company that months later haven't been able to paid a single claim of less than $1500? Who assures me that you are going to be able to do so? As is very obvious not even you know when then company is going to have the money to pay meI want my check to be sent right now or a reasonable date frame.

Dear *** ***, W K Webster acts as the Third Party Administrator for Wells Fargo Insurance ServicesFrancine James has filed a claim under her policy of insurance for damages to her furnitureWe arranged for a furniture repair company to inspect the damaged items in order to
determine the cause, nature and extent of damage and quote costs of repairs, if possible.Following the inspection, the repair firm advised that the damages sustained were not transit related, but rather they were pre-existing damages resulting from wear and tearPre-existing damages and wear and tear are not covered under *** ***' insurance policy, which is why the claim has been declinedWe have received communications from *** *** disputing the repair firm's findingsWe have responded to *** ***, and we are investigating the matter further with the repair company and moving company responsible for the transit. Dear Sir, We thank you for your email. Regrettably, underwriters cannot consider payment for the requested amount because of the inspection findings that the damages were pre-existing. The policy does not cover pre-existing damage. However, as a gesture of good faith underwriters will maintain their offer based on 50% of the repair costs for the next 30 days. If we do not receive the signed agreement of loss within the required timeframe we will proceed to close our file.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: We reject this offer and have filed a complaint with the Maryland State Attorney's office to look into this companies practices regarding consumers. The fact that this company has an "F" rating clearly shows there are issues.  Again, the only offer I will accept is the full amount and nothing less. In addition, I will not sign anything stating that you are calling me a liar and a fraud regarding the damage to my furniture being pre-existing as it was not and you have never been able other than a statement that took weeks to acquire after pictures were taken from your furniture repair company.I have no need to file a false complaint to have a few pieces of my furniture repaired and it's insulting.
