The company does not offer a variety of ways to make payments in this day and ageI've called to make payments, to be told that they cannot accept payment (unless I had a We/City County Credit Union account)People are too busy these daysMany of us want to make a paymentI cannot see how a company (who obviously have a website) cannot accept online paymentsAutomated payments should even be accepted by phone! How can you turn down moneyI want to pay on time, but this company leave very little options (other than regular mail)Unless they get up-to-date, I would not recommend!

Never should have switched my auto loan! This credit union came highly recommended from my husband who has been with them 10+ yearsIn the beginning they make it seem very appealing to switch offering better interest rates which have turned out to be not worth the hassle and aggravationFor starters, they do not have convenient locations and due to the fact that you cannot pay your auto loan online you have to make a trip to deposit moneyThey do not have anyone available on the weekends, not even on the phoneI was also bait and switched in my initial agreement for my bi-monthly payments which I later found out was incorrectYour account specialists should know exactly what they are signing people up for so they are not surprised with late charges due to being misinformedThe only pleasant thing I have experienced are the tellers in the Margate location, they are all very friendly and helpfulI am looking to take my business elsewhere!
